We knew we had to create a better option for our family and yours.

Our journey with bison began with Rob's lifelong love for these magnificent animals.  From photographing and hunting them to savoring their meat, Rob has always been deeply connected to bison.  When he realized how difficult it was to find grass-fed meat- including bison, free from unnecessary antibiotics and hormones, he decided to turn his passion into a family project.

Now, on our ranch, we're proud to raise bison that meet our high standards and reflect our commitment to natural, sustainable practices.  It's a labor of love for us, and we're excited to offer bison meat that's not only delicious but also raised with care and integrity.
