Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit secures your share of the herd and is essential for planning the care, raising and processing of your bison. We appreciate your understanding of this policy. If needed, deposits can be transferred to another person. Thank you for trusting us with the responsibility of raising your bison.

We butcher in January and will provide you with an estimated delivery date once your bison is ready for harvest. We recommend you UPGRADE your delivery to EXPRESS shipping unless you live within a day and a half of the ranch. With Ground, FedEx does not guaranteed a timely delivery. With EXPRESS, your share is guaranteeing to arrive frozen and ready for your family to enjoy. The difference is usually between $40-$100 depending on location.

After you place your deposit, you'll receive an email confirmation automatically and receive real time updates as we get closer to harvest time.) Sit back, relax, and let us raise the best grass-fed bison for you.

Our Bison will be harvested at its peak flavor in early January. We make the final arrangements with our butchers and reach out to you with your final invoice so the remaining balance can be paid. Our butchers will then dry-age, vacuum-seal and freeze your bison. Once your bison is ready (2-3 weeks later), we'll pack your share and schedule shipping. If you selected a pickup, we'll schedule your date.
