HOW IT WORKS (it's really simple!)

Your deposit reserves your name on one of our bison and helps us sustainably plan the herd this year. (And it's first come, first serve, so order when deposits come open!) After you place your deposit, you'll receive an email confirmation automatically and receive real time updates as we get closer to harvest time.) Then sit back, relax, and let us raise the best grass-fed bison for you.

Our Bison will be harvested at its peak flavor in early January. We make the final arrangements with our butchers and reach out to you with your final invoice so the remaining balance can be paid. Our butchers will then dry-age, vacuum-seal and freeze your bison. Once your bison is ready (2-3 weeks later), we'll pack your share and schedule shipping. If you selected a pickup, we'll schedule your date.
